Colten Care is a family-owned care home company and over the past quarter of a century we have grown steadily in scale and reputation as a provider of quality care.
We are unique within the care sector in that not only do we manage all of our care homes, but we build them in partnership with our sister company Colten Developments. This means that with each new residential care home built, Colten Care can use the experience of our staff, residents and relatives to provide innovative and flexible living spaces for the changing needs of our residents.
Colten Care believes that good management is required in order to provide a quality care service. As such the policy of the company has always been, and continues to be that all of our care homes should be easily reached and regularly visited by directors and senior management. This ensures that our staff remain well supported in the work they do and that the high standards of care that we aim to deliver can be emulated across all of our care homes.
