Hospitality Services

At Colten Care, we consider the hospitality in our care homes, from the dining experience, through to the cleanliness of our care homes and ensuring an efficient laundry service operates, to be some of our highest priorities.

Dining Experience- Each of our carehomes has a dedicated in-house chef and a team of hospitality staff to ensure our residents receive the best service we can deliver.  Our extensive menu's offer a wide and varied selection of home-cooked food which is locally-sourced when possible.

Cleanliness and Laundry Services- Colten Care employs a group housekeeper to ensure that standards of cleanliness throughout our homes is always a priority.  We are also very much aware that having an efficient laundry service is tantamount to our residents enjoying their stay with us, and as such, we place great emphasis on the training and development of our laundry staff.
