Matron / Manager - Tracey Thompson Tracey is a Registered Nurse who trained at Bournemouth University, where she qualified in 1996. After working for three years at Bournemouth Royal Hospital she moved to the private sector and worked as Matron in a local nursing home. Tracey joined Colten Care in 2003 as Deputy Matron at Avon Cliff and was promoted to Matron in 2004. Tracey has a daughter and a son and has recently become a grandmother again. This year Tracey has completed a foundation degree in Care Home Management at Bournemouth University.

Deputy / Head of Care - Sheela Vivekanand Sheela is from India and is married with one daughter. Having qualified in 1990 she worked in hospitals in India before coming to England in 2002 and commencing work for Colten Care. She undertook an Adaptation course to enable her to practice as a registered nurse whilst working at Woodpeckers Care Home with Nursing. On completing the Adaptation course Sheela commenced work as a qualified nurse at Court Lodge and was promoted to Deputy Matron at Avon Cliff in 2005.
Activity Organiser - Dawn Watson Dawn is a local lady who is married with three children. She joined Colten Care in 2001 as a night Health Care Assistant at Avon Reach, having previously worked in a care setting for 20 years. Dawn took up the position of Activity Organiser at Avon Cliff in 2006.
Chef - Tom Skeoch Tom began his five year apprenticeship at the Caledonian hotel and the famous Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire. He has worked in a variety of first class hotels and restaurants and between 1981 and 1983 Tom was Head Chef at the Carlton Hotel in Bournemouth. Tom joined Colten Care as Head Chef at Avon Cliff in 2001 and his skills and enthusiasm for cake making and decorating are welcomed and appreciated by all.
