Home Manager - June Reynolds June is married with three grown up children and four grandchildren. She is an experienced Registered Nurse with an NHS background, having been a Ward Sister for twenty years specialising in respiratory care. After moving in to the private sector June joined Colten Care in January 2002 as Matron of Avon Cliff and transferred to Avon Reach in December 2004. June has undertaken a course in Care of the Elderly and achieved a Diploma in Management.

Deputy / Head of Care - Sini Krishnamma Sini is from India where she was a theatre nurse for ten years. Married with three sons, she came to the UK in 2001 and joined Colten Care. Sini undertook the Adaptation programme while working at Woodpeckers Care Home to enable her to practise as a Registered Nurse in the UK. She then continued to work there as a sister for four years. In October 2005 she was promoted to Deputy Matron of Avon Reach.
Receptionist - Tricia Mynott
Tricia has worked for Avon Reach since 2004 having moved down to the area from Reading. She previously worked as a Secretary/Administrator in the media sector for 23 years. Tricia is married with two grown up children and two grandsons.
Receptionist - Christine Hurrell
Christine worked with Autistic children for six years at Portfield School and then emigrated to Canada where she held the post of Child Care Counsellor. Since returning to the UK, Christine was employed by Lloyds TSB Private Banking for seven years and joined Avon Reach as Part time receptionist.
Activities Organiser - Judith Eaton Judith has been with Colten Care for many years working in various departments. Previously Judith ran her own business in the Hotel industry. She enjoys working with people, and is really enjoying her role as Activity Organiser.
Chef - Tim Wallace-Abbott Tim enrolled at Salisbury Technical College where he gained the 706/1/2 City & Guilds, the Gueridon Services and the Advanced Catering certificates. He joined Colten Care in 1998 as chef at Avon Reach and was promoted to Head chef in 1999. Tim has passed his Advanced Diploma in Pastry which has helped him to provide a delicious variety of cakes for all the residents at Avon Reach. Tim encourages the residents to attend the various themed Gala Nights at the Home where he excels and thrives in providing a more exotic menu.
Chef - David Jaques
David joined Colten Care in 1991 working at Court Lodge. In 1992 he attended Catering College where he attained his NVQ 2 & 3. During 1994 until 2000 he was seconded as Mobile Chef covering all our Dorset Homes. During this time David specialised in Cake Decorating. David was promoted to Head Chef at Abbotts Barton in 2001 after the successful opening David returned to Belmore Lodge in Lymington. His is now the longest serving Chef for Colten Care.
