Home Manager - Ruth Wildman Ruth worked as a care assistant for many years before obtaining a BSc (hons) in Adult Nursing. After qualifying as an RGN in 2003, Ruth initially worked as a community nurse before joining the private sector as Deputy Matron in a local nursing home. In 2008 Ruth obtained the Registered Managers Award. She joined Colten Care as Head of Care at Kingfishers Nursing Home before being promoted to Home Manager at Brook View. Ruth is married with three children.

Deputy / Head of Care - Julie Harfitt
Julie is a Registered Nurse and trained at Bromley Hospital. She joined Colten Care in 1994 and was previously Deputy Matron at Whitecliffe House. Julie is also an NVQ Assessor and a Mentor for student nurses on placement at Brook View.
Receptionist - Janet Mileham
Janet joined Brook View in May 2008 as the Receptionist/Administrator after working for many years in an Estate Agency; she lives locally in the village of West Moors close to Brook View. Janet Trained as a Secretary/PA working for the Ministry of Defence and the music industry. Originally coming from Middlesex she moved to West Moors with her family in 1994.
Receptionist - Juliana Clark
Juliana has a wealth of experience having worked in the care home industry for over 22 years. Juliana joined Brook View in 2004 as a Health Care Assistant but also provided temporary cover at reception. She now enjoys a job share as part time Receptionist, part time Health Care Assistant, and is always happy to help. Juliana lives in Ferndown with her husband and three children.
Activity Organiser - Monique Brady
Monique has worked as an Activity Organiser since 2003; she joined Brook View in November 2007. Monique is very enthusiastic in her job and is constantly looking for new and exciting activities for our residents to enjoy. In her spare time Monique enjoys windsurfing and skiing.
Chef - Mark Hartley Mark qualified at Lansdowne Catering College, Bournemouth. He joined Colten Care in 1995 as Head Chef. Mark was voted National Care Chef of the Year 2004 and since then has written articles for Catering Magazines. He has also been invited to Radio Solent as a special guest to discuss catering, was a finalist in the Craft Guild of Chefs in 2005, he also presents seminars nationwide.
Chef - Tony Leighton
Tony began his chef career working as a trainee at the Tralee and Westover Road Hotel in Bournemouth, he went on to become the Chef and proprietor of The Rivoli Hotel. Tony then moved on to open his own restaurant The Blue Hayes at Shootash near Romsey on the outskirts of the New Forest, he successfully ran this for 20 years before deciding to buy The Lyndhurst Tea House in the centre of the New Forest. Tony began working for Colten Care in 2005 as Chef at Brook View covering weekends and holidays, where he enjoys providing excellent food and cakes to the residents.
