Matron / Manager - Mary Minns Mary is a Registered Nurse and trained at the Dorset School of Nursing and has a District Nurse background. Mary joined Colten Care in 2004, firstly as Deputy Matron at Castle View, and then in 2005 promotion took her to Whitecliffe House as Matron. In 2006 she took over the Matron's post at Brook View. Mary is currently undertaking the Diploma in Management at Bournemouth and Poole College. Mary is married with two teenage children and from 2003 to 2004 she was the Mayoress of Ferndown.

Deputy / Head of Care - Julie Richards Julie is a Registered Nurse and trained at Bromley Hospital. She joined Colten Care in 1994 and was previously Deputy Matron at Whitecliffe House. Julie is also an NVQ Assessor and a Mentor for student nurses on placement at Brook View.
Receptionist - Chris Isaacs Chris worked for many years in the legal profession as an Administrator and Legal Practice Manager. She joined Colten Care in 2003 to work as receptionist at Brook View where she enjoys providing administrative support and assisting residents and visitors with their enquiries.
Activity Organiser - Sue Whetton Sue has a nursing and social work background. She joined Colten Care in 1998 when she took up the post as A.O. Avon Cliff. After transferring to Brook View Sue undertook a training course in Extend and enjoys holding exercise classes for the residents.
Chef - Mark Hartley Mark qualified at Lansdowne Catering College, Bournemouth. He joined Colten Care in 1995 as Head Chef. Mark was voted National Care Chef of the Year 2004, and since then has written articles for Catering Magazines. He has also been invited to Radio Solent as a special guest to discuss catering, was a finalist in the Craft Guild of Chefs in 2005, and also presents seminars nationwide.
