Deputy / Head of Care - Dahlia Austin Dahlia has worked at Canford Chase since 2000. She took a short break from nursing to bring up her two sons. After completing her General Nursing Training in England, she lived in Scotland where she obtained her Midwifery and Mental Health Qualifications. Dahlia was a school Governor for eighteen years, and is a J.P. |

Receptionist - Dee Oxlade Dee has been with Colten Care Since March 1999, having previously worked in several industries, including schools and banking. She has level 2 N.V.Q. in Business Administration and a diploma in information Technology. Dee is married and has two grown up sons. |

Receptionist - Maureen Joyce
Mo has many years of experience working as a Receptionist. In the past she worked as a Health Care Assistant, working with disabilities in all ages. Mo enjoys working as part of a family team at Canford Chase. During her spare time she enjoys running and keeping fit. |

Activity Organiser - Sue Hambling
Sue has been with Colten Care since September 2006. She has always worked with people, mainly in the leisure industry. Sue obtained her fellowship for the British Institute of Inn keeping in 2005. |

Chef - Peter Watson
Peter undertook his training in the north of England and studied for his 706/1 Qualification at Courtfield College near Blackpool. Peter moved to Wiltshire in 1974 where he attended Northstar College studying for his 706/2 Qualification in cold buffet chaud froid and aspic work. After travelling throughout South East Asia Peter returned to work at Cambridge University cooking at the Riverside Restaurant where he was asked to cook a private luncheon for Princess Margaret. Peter’s expertise and professionalism are very apparent in the Canford Chase kitchen. |

Chef - Tony Bennett
Tony undertook his Chef training in Cornwall where he gained his City & Guilds 705 & 706/2 qualifications, he continued his Chef training in a variety of restaurants, hotels and private hospitals. Most recently Tony was head Chef in a private school.
