Matron / Manager - Angie Stewart Angie is a Registered Nurse who has worked in healthcare for the past twenty five years both in the UK and overseas in Africa and Australia. She also has an Honours Degree in nutrition from Westminster University. Angie has worked for Colten Care for eight years, firstly at Brook View as a Sister, and then on promotion to Matron in 2005 she transferred to Canford Chase. She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Management at Bournemouth and Poole College. She is married with twin teenage boys.

Deputy / Head of Care - Dahlia Austin Dahlia has worked at Canford Chase for five years. She took a short break from nursing to bring up her two sons. After completing her General Nurse Training in England, she lived in Scotland where she obtained her Midwifery and Mental Health Qualifications. Dahlia was a School Governor for eighteen years, and is a J.P.
Receptionist - Dee Oxlade Dee has been with Colten Care since March 1999, having previously worked in several industries, including schools and banking. She has Level 2 N.V.Q. in Business Administration and a diploma in Information Technology. Dee is married and has two grown up sons.
Activity Organiser - Sue Jackson Sue has been with Colten Care since September, 2006. She has always worked with people, mainly in the Leisure Industry. Sue obtained her Fellowship for the British Institute of Innkeeping in 2005.
Chef - Sharon Malin Sharon attended Weymouth Technical Catering College where she obtained her City & Guilds qualifications. Sharon continued her training as a Commis Chef in the Officers Mess at Blandford Army Camp. She then progressed her career in a variety of first class restaurants, hotels and clubs. She joined Colten Care in 2003 and was promoted Head Chef in 2004, a position she holds at present at Canford Chase, where she recently created memorable themed menus for a "Virtual Cruise" of Europe.
