Matron / Manager - Alison Fearnley Alison has worked in the nursing profession since leaving school, having trained at the Medway Hospital in Kent. She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1975, moved to Hampshire 22 years ago, where for the last 13 years she has worked with the elderly. Alison has been at Court Lodge for the last eleven years, initially as a Night Sister, then Deputy Matron, and Matron since 2002. Alison obtained a Foundation Degree in Care Home Management at Bournemouth University. She is married and has three children.

Deputy / Head of Care - Mary-Ann Offler Mary-Anne trained at Southampton University NHS Hospital and worked at Lymington Hospital for fifteen years specialising in general surgery and Endoscopy. In 1997 Mary-Anne went into elderly care and has a special interest in stroke and dementia patients. Mary-Anne enjoys teaching student nurses and adaptation nurses. She joined Colten Care in January 2000 and worked as Deputy Matron at Woodpeckers Nursing Home, before becoming Deputy Matron at Court Lodge.
Activity Organiser - Pearl Brooks
Pearl previously worked in an office as a receptionist and also as a healthcare assistant for a number of years. Pearl joined Court Lodge six years ago as our waitress but has been our Activity Organiser for the last five years. She is a grandmother, who enjoys gardening, swimming and playing badminton in her spare time.
Chef - Carl Fairhurst After obtaining his City & Guilds Catering qualifications Carl worked as a Chef, latterly as Head Chef at top class Hotels and Restaurants in London. He moved to Hampshire in 2002 and joined Colten Care as Mobile Relief Chef until October 2003, when he took the position as Head Chef at Court Lodge. Carl likes experimenting with herbs and spices in his cooking and also providing wonderful canapés and petit fours. His close contact with the residents ensures that the food that is served lives up to their expectations.
