Home Manager - Alison Fearnley Alison has worked in the nursing profession since leaving school, having trained at the Medway Hospital in Kent. She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1975. Alison has worked at Court Lodge since 1995, initially as a Night Sister, then Deputy Matron, and Matron since 2002. Alison obtained a Foundation Degree in Care Home Management at Bournemouth University. She is married and has three children.

Deputy / Head of Care - Angela Callender Angela Callender qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1984, having trained in Salford Hope Hospital. She moved to Bournemouth in 1997 after returning from the Middle East where she worked as a nurse. Angela has worked in both the public and private sector. Angela is a qualified NVQ assessor. She is married with one son.
Activity Organiser - Hayley Bannon
Hayley joined Colten Care in 2005 as weekend waitress whilst continuing with her study’s for Hospitality supervision at Brockenhurst College. It was during this time that Hayley gained event planning skills and experience. Hayley left College with a triple distinction in hospitality supervision and joined Court Lodge in June 2009.
Chef - Carl Fairhurst After obtaining his City & Guilds Catering qualifications Carl worked as a Chef, latterly as Head Chef at top class Hotels and Restaurants in London. He moved to Hampshire in 2002 and joined Colten Care as Mobile Relief Chef until October 2003, when he took the position as Head Chef at Court Lodge. Carl likes experimenting with herbs and spices in his cooking and also providing wonderful canapés and petit fours. His close contact with the residents ensures that the food that is served lives up to their expectations.
Chef - David Jaques
David joined Colten Care in 1991 working at Court Lodge. In 1992 he attended Catering College where he attained his NVQ 2 & 3. During 1994 until 2000 he was seconded as Mobile Chef covering all our Dorset Homes. During this time David specialised in Cake Decorating. David was promoted to Head Chef at Abbotts Barton in 2001 after the successful opening David returned to Belmore Lodge in Lymington. His is now the longest serving Chef for Colten Care.
