Home Manager - Chris Dimmick Chris has worked for Colten Care for eleven years and has been Manager at Monmouth House for the last eight. She has undertaken various training courses since joining the company and holds the Registered Managers Award. Chris is married with two children, a daughter who is a student nurse and a son who is a local chef. In her spare time she enjoys walking her two dogs and running the local Beaver Scouts.

Deputy Manager - Jackie Urquhart Jackie has worked at Monmouth house for nineteen years, the last seven as Deputy Manager and has achieved the NVQ Assessor and the Registered Managers Award. She is married with three sons and her hobbies include walking her dogs and reading.
Activity Organiser - Lynda Leen Lynda has been with Colten Care for 10 years, being the first ever appointed Activity Organiser. She was awarded "The Lymington Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Award" in 2001. Lynda is very involved in the local community, running the Sunday School and junior church at Woodside. In her free time she enjoys riding her pony in the New Forest.
Chef - Julian Holmes Julian started his catering career at Southdowns College where he gained the City & Guilds 706/1,2 and 3. On graduating Julian worked in various hotels and restaurants in Hampshire. In 2002 he joined Colten Care at Court Lodge and later moved to Monmouth House. Julian's specialties include scones and doughnuts as well as traditional English fare.
