Matron / Manager - Julie Schooling Julie is a Registered Nurse who trained at Poole Hospital and qualified in 1979. She initially worked for the NHS and moved into the care home sector in 1993. In 2003 Julie joined Colten Care as a Sister at The Aldbury specialist dementia Home. Promotion to Deputy Matron brought her to Whitecliffe House in 2005 and in February 2006 she became Matron. Julie is an NVQ Assessor and Mentor to the student nurses and is currently undertaking the Registered Managers Award. She is married with two grown up children.

Deputy/Head of Care - Elizabeth Josias Elizabeth was born in Cape Town South Africa where she qualified as a Registered General Nurse. She also attained Midwifery and Psychiatric Diplomas. Elizabeth gained considerable all round experience in Cape Town before moving to England. She commenced with Colten Care in 2005 as a Sister at Castle View and was promoted to her current position in February 2006. She has two grown up children back in Cape Town.
Activity Organiser - Vicky Cutler
Vicky has worked at Whitecliffe House for fourteen years. She was previously a driving instructor and has been a relief driver for the Colten Care mini-coach. She enjoys making greetings cards and loves sharing this skill with the residents. Vicky was born in Blandford, and has lived there for many years. Vicky is a member of the WRNS; she has four children grown up children.
Chef - Sarah Ascott Sarah began her catering career training as an apprentice Chef in a large supermarket chain. In 2002 Sarah decided to advance her catering career and joined Colten Care as Chef at Castle View in Dorchester. Having spent one year there Sarah moved to Whitecliffe House. She enjoys her current job where she has more scope to cater for the Residents' likes and dislikes.
