Head of Care - Angela Bennett
Angela Bennett trained as an Enrolled Nurse in Boscombe and Poole and qualified in 1991. She then commenced work at Bournemouth Hospital on the vascular surgery ward and also in intensive care. She has worked as an Enrolled Nurse in 3 Dorset nursing homes and has also worked as a moving and handling instructor. Prior to starting work at Whitecliffe Angela held the post of Deputy Manager in a Care Home for dementia in Poole. Angela is currently studying NVQ4 in Leadership and Management. Angela lives in Christchurch and has two teenage children. |

Activity Organiser - Kay White Kay joined Colten Care in 2006 working previously as a Health Care Assistant in the community. Kay enjoyed her role of social carer assisting frailer residents so much that when the position of Activity Organiser arose Kay applied and was appointed in 2009. Kay enjoys spending her free time with her two grown up children. |

Chef - Sharon Surgeon
Sharon began her catering career by gaining the 807/1 and 2 City & Guilds qualification at East Devon and Exeter College. She gained more experience by working in a variety of Hotels and Restaurants. In 2000 Sharon took ownership of her own Hotel and Pub which she ran successfully for four years. Deciding on a change of direction Sharon joined Colten Care in 2007 and is currently holding the position of Chef at Whitecliffe House.

Chef - Zara Chatterley
Zara qualified at Weymouth College obtaining the 706/1 and 2 City & Guilds and commenced her catering career at the Hilton Hotel in Bath in 1990, she later moved to Blandford working in the officer’s mess at Blandford Army Camp. After giving birth to her son in 1995 Zara continued her catering career at Milton Abbey School specializing in weddings. Zara joined Colten Care in 2001 and during 2008 she obtained a diploma in pastry studies.
