Sarah qualified as a registered general nurse in 1982 in Manchester. She also trained in Orthopedics’ and qualified as a NVQ assessor before moving to London working as a ward sister. More recently, Sarah held the position of Residential Care Home Manager. Sarah joined Colten Care in January 2011. In her spare time she enjoys sailing and dog walking.

Ginu has over ten years administrative and customer service experience, he holds a PG Diploma in administration. Ginu joined Belmore Lodge in 2008 working as a Health Care Assistant. He lives locally with his wife.

Bernadette joined Colten Car in 2005, having previously worked as an Activities Organiser for BUPA. Bernadette holds a qualification the NVQ Level 2 in care and has completed a course in emergency first aid. She is married with four children.

Simon began his career in the Army Catering Corps. serving in various countries around the world.  He was promoted to Warrant Officer Class Two and won an award for Hospitality and Catering.  After leaving the army Simon worked in a variety of Hotels and Restaurants. In 2007 Simon joined Colten Care Ltd. Simon is very passionate about the food he produces and really enjoys the interaction with the residents.
