  • Interim Home Manager - Anne Tapley

    Anne Tapley Head of Care Whitecliffe House

    Anne joined  Colten Care in 2006 as Registered Nurse at Amberwood in Ferndown; in 2011 Anne was promoted to Head of Care at Whitecliffe House. Anne is the Co-ordinator for the GSF Care Home Programme and is aiming to achieve the Acredited Gold Standard Award for End of Life Care. Anne completed her Registered Nurse Training in a London Teaching Hospital  and qualified in 1984. Anne initially specialised in post operative surgery and later worked in HDU. In 2003 she moved to Poole working as pratice nurse running clinics for Chronic Disease Management. Anne enjoys studying and broadening her knowledge, and is particularly interested in team development. In her spare time she enjoys country walks with her Boarder collie and family time with her 2 grown up sons.

  • Head Of Care - Kathleen Liang

    Kathleen Laing Head Of Care WCHKathleen joined Whitecliffe House in 2008 as an RGN and returned in 2012 as Head of Care. During her break from Whitecliffe House Kathleen worked in various homes within the company as RGN and Clinical Leader. Kathleen obtained a BA (hons) degree in leadership and management in health & social care, and a mentorship qualification. In Kathleens spare time she enjoys cooking and creating wonderful chinese dishes.
  • Activity Organiser - Kay White

    Kay WhiteKay joined Colten Care in 2006 working previously as a Health Care Assistant in the community. Kay enjoyed her role of social carer assisting frailer residents so much that when the position of Activity Organiser arose Kay applied and was appointed in 2009. Kay enjoys spending her free time with her two grown up children.

  • Chef - Sharon Surgeon

    Sharon SurgeonSharon began her catering career by gaining the 807/1 and 2 City & Guilds qualification at East Devon and Exeter College. She gained more experience by working in a variety of Hotels and Restaurants. In 2000 Sharon took ownership of her own Hotel and Pub which she ran successfully for four years. Deciding on a change of direction Sharon joined Colten Care in 2007 and is currently holding the position of Chef at Whitecliffe House.

  • Chef - Zara Chatterley

    Zara ChatterleyZara qualified at Weymouth College obtaining the 706/1 and 2 City & Guilds and commenced her catering career at the Hilton Hotel in Bath in 1990, she later moved to Blandford working in the officer’s mess at Blandford Army Camp. After giving birth to her son in 1995 Zara continued her catering career at Milton Abbey School specializing in weddings. Zara joined Colten Care in 2001 and during 2008 she obtained a diploma in pastry studies.
