This is just a short note to thank you and your staff for the care and compassion shown to my mother while she was in Kingfishers.

I really can't fault Kingfishers in any way. The whole place is welcoming and friendly, the staff, the residents and the environment. You have an excellent team.

As you know, mum was very weak and unwell when she came to you, but the care and encouragement she received at Kingfishers got her back on her feet again. The place is always tidy and the gardens beautifully tended. It looks and feels like home.
