1950’s Holidays

Today we enjoyed a fun afternoon reminiscing about holidays in the 1950s.

Residents Margaret, Roy, Jackie  and Barbara donned headwear of the day. This included a fashionable Summer Hat, handkerchiefs tied in knots at the corners and very snazzy swim caps!

At the end of the afternoon, after much hilarity and sharing of embarrassing swimwear fiascos, Resident Margaret Webster said “This has been the most entertaining afternoon! I laughed so much; my sides are sore!”
