A visit to Sherborne Abbey

We were invited by our dear friend Shirley Fry, who delivers our Bible Study sessions, for a historical talk and afternoon tea in our local Abbey.

Starting with an outside tour and through to indoors, our lovely guide Joan gave us a spectacular insight to the history of the Abbey and showed us round the beautiful structure.

Shirley organised an afternoon tea with cakes, surrounded by the beauty of the Abbey, we had great conversations with the staff, learning even more!
