Clay Leaves

Preparations are well underway for the upcoming ‘Harvest’ Showcase at the Produce Show next week.

To enhance the ambiance for our Harvest Festival and Rustic Tea, we set out to create charming centrepieces for the tables.

Using leaves from our garden, we crafted clay leaves to capture the intricate details of the veins. Once dried, we meticulously painted and varnished them, transforming them into delightful holders for pretty tea lights.

Joan demonstrated precision in her painting, with Eve offering guidance and observation. The finished pieces are incredibly effective, adding a finishing touch to our tables for the event.
