Mary’s M&S Wish

We arranged a special trip for Mary on Thursday, who said she wished she could go shopping at M&S. 

She was beyond excited and on arrival at the store, Mary knew exactly which department she wanted to start her retail therapy in! 

After choosing everything she wanted, Mary said: “That was the best feeling. I have not been out to the shops in a little while, and I so enjoyed that! I look forward to returning in the summer.” 

Such a simple wish that brought immense joy to a very precious lady and to the Colten staff who had the privilege of witnessing it.
