Music and Movement… ABBA Style

Our residents in Abbey View enjoy both music and exercise, so we like to combine the two! 

As part of our Music and Movement sessions, we use light, brightly coloured scarves and we dance, move, and sing to the classics and most importantly, have a laugh! 

Rosemary loves coming to Music and Movement, especially with her daughter, Roz. They sang and danced along to ABBA this week and shared many giggles together, too. 

A good cup of tea and slice of cake was well deserved after the afternoon’s shenanigans!
