Music Therapy with Fiona

Today, Fiona was met with a full lounge of 21 enthusiastic residents keen for a session of music, singing and movement.

And they were not disappointed! Fiona delighted Roy and Barbara Carne with a beautiful piece of music to begin with. Joan and Jackie enjoyed singing songs together which brought back memories, and Leslie loved making up hand movements to the music.

Heather Rubery asked Fiona for a request, which was to play a song from Westside Story, then afterwards sat with Fiona telling her why she chose that choice of song.

We had such a precious time, and we are now looking forward to Fiona’s next visit.
