National Gin and Tonic Day

To celebrate National Gin and Tonic Day Abbey View Residents will have to wait for their drinks! 

We spent the afternoon flavouring normal gin with two different flavours to savour in a few weeks’ time. Jean Picton-Turberville and Eve Walsh-Waring both enjoy gin and can’t wait to sample the results. Raspberry went in the first jar and orange and spices into the second. We will have to give them a shake every day and they should be ready in a few weeks, we can’t wait to taste it!
