Parachute Brewery Tour

Residents from Abbey View were delighted to have the opportunity to meet local brewer Ian at the Parachute Tap Room this week.

Situated in a former parachute factory in Sherborne, the brewery provided a unique backdrop as Ian shared insights into the ingredients, techniques, and equipment used in crafting their delightful selection of beers.

Ian also provided a fascinating talk about the history of beer, complemented by a tour of the brewing area.

The experience concluded with a tasting session featuring three of the beers available on tap. It was an informative and thoroughly enjoyable afternoon for all.
