Reminiscence Session – School And Careers

Jan Millward from Rhyme and Reminiscence visited us on Tuesday and, as always, delighted a roomful of residents with her memorabilia and enchanting real-life incidents and adventures.

Dressing up is always encouraged! Resident Peter Weller appeared cheekily behind the school sign, wearing a cap.

Barbara and Roy Carne giggled while wearing an old school hat and cap, whilst Companion Kia Redshaw looked every bit the schoolgirl in an authentic uniform of the era!

Resident Heather Rubery said, “She really does look like a very young schoolgirl!” Home Manager Elena donned the Head’s gown and mortarboard; however, we hid the stick from her in case she took her role seriously!
