The Gaia Art Installation at Sherborne Abbey

Abbey View residents enjoyed a minibus trip to Sherborne Abbey to view the Gaia Art Installation.

Residents from Abbey View got to see the earth as they have never seen it before! The installation is by artist, Luke Jerram and provides the chance to see our planet floating in three dimensions.

We studied it up close before sitting down to take it all in: amazed by this view of the earth and the engineering that helped to construct it.

It was an incredible experience which will never be forgotten.
