Wine Tasting!

We were very lucky to have a visit today from an award winning sommelier, Eric Zwiebel. 

Eric currently works at the Summer Lodge Hotel and was delighted to bring along four lovely wines for residents to taste.  He gave an interesting talk about his life and work, then told us about each wine as we tried them.  It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon and we all learned a lot about the super wines we enjoyed.
