A Trip To Beechcroft

We made our way to Beechcroft, a charming farm shop located just outside Winchester.

Besides offering a delectable array of cakes, the panoramic view of the Hampshire downlands is truly unparalleled. On a clear day, we could even spot the Isle of Wight on the horizon. There’s something inherently English about sipping tea while taking in the view of the lush and picturesque countryside.

Barry engaged in a delightful conversation with the farmer, discussing the meat produced on the farm and the locally sourced foods available in the shop. As a result, he left with a package of Halloumi cheese, which he later asked the chef to prepare for our supper that evening.
