Garden Centre Visit

This morning, we took a trip to a local garden centre in Basingstoke.

It was a beautiful sunny, but crisp autumn day – perfect for a wander round the plants and flowers in the sunshine. We were keeping our eyes open for ideas for our Gardening Club this week.

We enjoyed some refreshments in the café, bacon rolls, cake and coffee!  Then, we were ready to continue our browsing. We found a large tank of koi – one of which shared its name with our resident Barry! We bought a tub of food and spent a few minutes feeding them.
