A Visit from Ems Friendly Farm

Residents at Abbotts Barton were treated to a special visit from Ems Friendly Farm.

Although the piglets couldn’t make it, Emma kindly brought two pygmy goats, Louis and Mooie, and a Shetland pony named Honey.

Residents enjoyed feeding the goats digestive biscuits and watching them explore the lounge, even taking the lift to visit a few rooms. The highlight for many was meeting Honey, the rescue pony. Centenarians Chloe and Betty especially enjoyed feeding her oats, with Chloe recalling childhood memories of riding.
