Afternoon Outing to Kimbridge Barn

Residents at Abbotts Barton enjoyed a trip to Kimbridge Barn near Romsey, taking in the changing spring weather along the way.

The journey offered a mix of sunshine and showers, with views of open fields, sheep and seasonal flowers lining the hedgerows.

On arrival, the group spent time by the river before heading into the café to enjoy tea and cake together. A visit to the shop followed, where Janie explored the range of gifts and Marjorie chose a silver bracelet, commenting on what a lovely find it was.

The afternoon offered a relaxed change of setting, with time to enjoy both the surroundings and each other’s company.
