Crafting Hats

We had a creative afternoon decorating hats for the upcoming National Wear a Hat Day on 28th March. 

Anne and Shirley, along with Companion Wendy and Carers Dilusha and Akriti, had fun embellishing hats with feathers, flowers, and ribbons. 

We will be holding a Hat Parade where all the hats will be worn by residents and staff along a catwalk and judged for their creativity! 

Anne enjoyed the craft session, saying: “I’ve had a lot of fun, the hats look so pretty, and we’ve all done different styles so it will be lovely to wear them at the Hat Parade!”
