As it was Valentine’s Day, we thought, “What better craft to make in the club than chocolates?”

We wrapped glacé cherries in marzipan, which we tasted a number of times, and then dipped them in melted dark chocolate. After placing them in the fridge to set, we gave them back to the participating residents. It seems that not many were saved as gifts because they disappeared pretty quickly!
