Mudeford Quay
We had a fantastic road trip today!
One of our most popular trips last summer, was a trip to Mudeford Quay for lunch. Our residents requested a repeat visit as soon as the weather was a little more appropriate for a seaside trip.
Barry had his heart set on having a huge pot of mussels cooked in wine, garlic, and cream. Alan was very keen on having fish and chips. They shared a bottle of wine which was delivered in the type of bucket normally used for building sandcastles!
We had a very windswept walk on the quayside after lunch. Barry said: “It’s good to blow the cobwebs away!”
