Painting Roses
Today, we had nine residents who thoroughly enjoyed painting roses with Judith, an art teacher who served as our guide.
It was a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience. Some residents had never had the courage to attend one of the sessions before but soon found it to be a very pleasant experience. Others have become regulars at our art and craft activities and are quite talented.
Here we see Betty Selby concentrating on her piece, which is reminiscent of a favourite pink flower called ‘Madame Butterfly’.
