The Eagle Rivers Texas McGee Band

Residents enjoyed a lively Saturday afternoon with a visit from The Eagle Rivers Texas McGee Band.

The band includes resident Frances’ daughter and son-in-law, along with their guitar teacher.

Dressed in cowboy hats, the band played classics such as John Denver’s “Country Road” and a few favourites of Frances’ late husband. Residents joined in singing, with some even dancing, while Frances and fellow resident Anne played bells alongside the band.

“What a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon,” said Anne. The visit brought music, energy, and plenty of smiles to the home.
