Baking Sausage Rolls

On today’s Baking Club menu: sausage rolls!
We donned our pinnies, washed our hands, and got to work.
The pastry was rolled out, sausage meat was shaped, and before long we had some very fine sausage rolls. Jim was on hand with the egg wash and fork, making sure the outsides were golden and perfect.
Sadly, Companion Maddee wasn’t quite quick enough with the camera post-oven – the rolls were devoured before a photo could be snapped!
