Bunting Bonanza

Preparations for the Amberwood House Big Lunch on July 18th are well underway, and there’s a buzz of activity in the air.

Our residents have been crafting items and today, the focus was on decorations — specifically, bunting. Residents decided to create a rustic, festival-style bunting by tying torn pieces of fabric onto long ribbons.

Without missing a beat, Pam and Evelyn got straight to work tearing more fabric, while Marion, John, and Jim helped hold the long strands of ribbon steady. The Companions joined in, tying the colourful strips one by one. Piece by piece, the bunting began to take shape, cheerful and full of personality.
