Exploring Royal Coronations with Claire’s Curiosity

Residents at Amberwood House welcomed Claire’s Curiosity for another visit, this time with a presentation exploring the history of royal coronations.

Using photographs, memorabilia and stories from different periods, Claire guided residents through the traditions and events surrounding coronations over the years. The collection of historical items prompted plenty of conversation, with residents sharing their own recollections and discussing members of the Royal Family.

The session unfolded at a relaxed pace, with residents listening closely, asking questions and contributing their thoughts throughout. There was plenty of interest in the displays and stories on show, and many continued the discussion after the presentation had ended.
