Just like we use to make

After a discussion about our favourite bakes and treats we decided to make individual trifles in our cook’s club “just like we use to make”.
Bird’s custard powder was a must along with tinned strawberries and dreams topping. It really was a dessert that we all use to make for our families. We had a good reminisce about our time spent in the kitchen and stories of our families and children shared. The room was full of smiles. The trifles are currently setting in the fridge and will be ready to enjoy at 3pm with a cup of tea over a chat.
