Preparing Doggy Bags for the Local Community

On 10 June, residents at Amberwood House spent time preparing donation bags for the pet food bank run by Ferndown Community Support. Working together around the table, they filled the bags with dog food, biscuits, dental sticks and toys for local dogs.

Dot, Margery and Shirley took charge of assembling the donations, bringing plenty of humour to the task as they tested each squeaky toy before adding it to a bag. Monica kept everything in order, carefully creating labels and helping organise the finished donations.

The morning was filled with conversation and laughter as the bags gradually came together. By the end of the session, residents had prepared a collection of donations ready to be passed on to the local community.
