Prosecco Is Always a Good Idea

Today marks National Prosecco Day, so what better way to celebrate than by enjoying a glass of fizz or two!

Companion Katie created a ‘Create Your Own Prosecco’ trolley. Glasses of fizz were poured, and each resident was given a choice of strawberries, raspberries, grapes, or mint to add a twist to their Prosecco. The trolley was taken around the whole home so that all our residents had the chance to join in.

Joan was delighted to see us when we visited her room, and she opted for strawberries and mint. She gave us a big cheer, then sipped away with a big smile on her face.

Valerie, Julie, and Reg enjoyed theirs in the sunshine, while Maureen shared lots of laughter with her daughter, both with a glass of Prosecco in hand.
