Silhouette
We love introducing new activities at Amberwood House, and we especially love a new challenge.
Justine introduced us to an incredibly therapeutic challenge. She handed us a sheet of paper with a labelled diagram called a silhouette.
The aim of the game was to shade in every fragment that contained a dot and reveal the hidden image. As we discussed how to tackle the challenge, it became clear that this was an exercise best done as a group. With freshly made hot chocolates in hand, each resident started working on a different section, eagerly anticipating the moment when the image would start to emerge.
It was great to see everyone chatting away and guessing what the image could be. And when we finally completed the challenge, we discovered a cricketer captured taking his winning shot.
It was great to try something different and exciting. What will be our next new activity?
