The Wool Room

Who knew just how many crafts you could make from one ball of wool!

We picked out autumnal colours to create garlands for our Harvest Festival stalls. The first step was to wrap wool around your hands as quickly as you could, which kept Margaret and Shirley entertained. The only problem was that Margaret got so carried away she couldn’t get her hand back out of the wool!

By the end of the hour, we had made a series of pumpkins, hedgehogs, and ghosts that will now display beautifully in a few weeks’ time… next up, is black cats!
