Wimbledon starts at Amberwood House

With Wimbledon starting, we thought we would get out our sun visors and get in the mood!

To kick everything off, the strawberries and Pimms were ready, with the fruit being prepared by the lovely Jean Macey. Meanwhile, Margaret Collins, Betsy Fisher, Shirley Allen, and Pat Fisher enjoyed an energetic game of balloon tennis. There was also the opportunity for some residents to watch Wimbledon live on our lounge television. When mid-afternoon arrived, we were all happy as it meant we could tuck into the Pimms and strawberries and cream!
