Winter Walk In The Sun

The sky was clear, and the sun was shining through our lounge patio doors.

We started talking about how beautiful the sunrise was and anticipated an equally lovely sunset.

Katie and Nicky suddenly disappeared from the lounge, only to return a few minutes later with their jackets, scarves, and gloves.

“Katie and I are heading out for a winter walk to see the sunset,” announced Nicky. “Who would like to come?” Pam’s smile confirmed her interest, Veronica expressed her desire to join if they could fetch her jacket, and Jackie swiftly went down the corridor to bundle up.

With the team ready, we set off down the road to explore the area, taking in the sights of the big houses and eagerly awaiting the sunset.

It turned out to be a delightful winter walk, and our lungs were treated to a breath of fresh air. We might even make it a daily tradition!
