A Baby Shower Celebration

Residents and team members recently came together to celebrate Carolina, one of our Health Care Assistants, ahead of the arrival of her baby girl.

The lounge was transformed with pink decorations, balloons and a selection of cakes and treats, creating a cheerful setting for the afternoon.

Carolina opened gifts from residents and colleagues, including hand-knitted baby clothes and handmade hearts with thoughtful messages. The celebration also included a few light-hearted games, from making birth predictions to “pin the dummy on the baby” and practising nappy changing on a baby doll. It was a joyful occasion and a lovely way for everyone to wish Carolina well before she begins her maternity leave.
