Christmas Cheesecake

Residents at Avon Cliff completed a festive baking session by making a Christmas cheesecake.

Rather than choosing a traditional fruit cake, they decided on a coconut cheesecake.

Diana and Edith prepared the biscuit base, while Heidi and Julia mixed the cheese, cream, and coconut for the filling. The cheesecake was shaped like a Christmas tree, covered with icing, and decorated with coloured icing, glitter, and small chocolate decorations.

Everyone was pleased with the finished cake, which marked a successful and enjoyable group activity.
