International Yoga Day

We practiced Yoga recently to celebrate International Yoga Day.

Residents enjoyed learning some new moves, and we had a good assortment of moves we had never done before. It was a little different to our usual exercise sessions, but everyone was quite happy to have a go, and we all enjoyed the change in pace.

Rene and Richard particularly enjoyed the session!

We enjoyed the session so much that we have decide to make it a regular feature on our monthly activities calendar.
