Mincemeat loaf cake!

With Christmas come and gone, we were keen to use up some of our festive ingredients.

We went searching for some recipes and came across a Mincemeat & Almond loaf cake. As usual, the residents all get stuck in with helping to weigh, pour & stir, all whilst reminiscing over old recipes that that they used to love making. Best of all, the cake turned out to be delicious and was enjoyed with a cup of tea and a smile!
