National Food Bank Day Donation
In preparation for National Foodbank Day, we have spent the month collecting for our local foodbank at City Gate Church.
We received generous donations from residents, families, and staff alike – our hamper was overflowing with goods.
Today, we took our minibus round to City Gate Church with residents Winifred and Julia to hand deliver our parcel and enjoy a refreshment at the community café.
Our donation was graciously received by Bernie from the community hub who said: “Your donations are greatly appreciated by the community.”
Our efforts won’t stop here, however! We continue to collect for our local foodbank throughout the year.
