Our Very Own Chutney
We are looking forward to hosting the produce show in a few weeks’ time and we have been busy during our gardening club preparing homemade accompaniments for our cheese and wine party.
This week we made a tomato chutney, using tomatoes from our garden and other fresh ingredients including garlic, ginger and red onion.
The lounge was filled with the smell of homecooked food and brought a feeling of nostalgia to many of us. We can’t wait to share the chutney with our guests!
