Parachute Fun
We absolutely adore our Wednesday morning exercise sessions!
They’re the perfect way to get our blood pumping and listen to some of our favourite tunes. This week, we decided to mix things up and bring out the parachute for a series of exciting games set to music.
We played a variety of games that included keeping a ball on the parachute, moving the parachute to the beat, and working as a team to move the ball around the edge of the parachute. We had a lot of fun doing something different, and we not only got our bodies moving, but our face muscles got a workout from all the laughter!
