Polish Breakfast Delights

For our latest breakfast club, residents decided to try some traditional Polish foods. 

Everyone really enjoyed the sausages, the smoked mountain cheese made from goats’ milk, and a Polish speciality called Twarożek – which is a soft white cheese made from cows’ milk, then mixed with radishes, chives, cream, and spices. 

Of course, the hit of the morning was fresh baked bread with butter. 

We can’t wait to see what will be on the menu next month!
